What inspired you to start your blog?
My full time job is in the Finance field so something that involves creativity and writing seemed like a far stretch from me. I wanted a way to express myself and somewhat document life as a single Mom, if not for myself, than as a way to encourage and support other single Moms. A co-worker had her own blog and she was always telling me I should do it. Finally one day, I took her advice and made the leap. It’s been a wonderful experience so far (only doing this since March) and looking forward to the future.
What is your blog about?
My blog is fairly simple, it is just about being a single Mom with an amazing little boy and trying to make the best life for him while enjoying everything that life has to offer. Living life with no regrets!
What are you passionate about?
My passion is living life to the fullest with what I have been given. I am not going to dwell on what I don’t have, I am just going to make the best of what I have in life.
Where do you see your blog in five years?
In 5 years my son will be a teenager (arrggh) and I would want it to be evolving into something that is relative to other parents of teenagers. I know often other bloggers want to see their blog support them as a full time job. Sure, if that is something that can happen to me I would definitely love that as well but as long as it doesn’t become something that I feel like it actual “work”.
