Jen, Isaac and Oscar!

Meet my wonderful friend Jen P from Vancouver, BC. Jen is a cardiac nurse and a mom to 2 adorable boys Isaac and Oscar.
Jen and I met at a neighbourhood mommy group when our oldest babies were newborns. Being first time mom’s, we were both a bit clueless and sleep deprived so we hit it off instantly. It turned out that Jen lived in the building next to me so that made for very convenient seawall walks, park playdates and great mama chats. We shared the same name and so did our husbands, it was meant to be!
We often vented about how tired we were, while our boys took turns crying, but in result was great therapy for both of us. Our boys became good friends and we did as well.
Jen has always been good at finding the balance in life, or it appears that way for sure! After a busy day of working in the hospital and taking care of her boys, she still plans date nights with her hubby, hosts wine club or gourmet dinner nights with her friends.
From the moment we met, I always noticed Jen was well dressed and put together. She never appeared too tired because she always had on a beautiful scarf and sparkling earrings to waken her face. When she wasn’t wearing her cute yellow Trenton rain boots and Northface jacket, she was wearing Ecco deck shoes, a JCrew cardi and Mavi skinnies.
Jen is a beautiful person inside and out and I’m proud to make her this week’s fashionista!

Jen is wearing a blouse from Collective Concept with a white Old Navy tank underneath. Her dark wash skinny jeans are J Brand and coral loafers are from Kate Spade. Her earrings are from Nordstrom.
3 year old cutie Isaac is wearing a long sleeve top and jeans from Old Navy and sneakers from New Balance.
Little Oscar looks adorable in his blue button down plaid shirt and white onesie from Carter’s, his jeans are from Oshkosh and his sneakers are from Circo.
