My Little one received the Little Tikes 3 in 1 Trike for his birthday last year and I was excited to try it out with him. Although he was little at the time the 5 point safety harness and safety bar ensured that he would not fall out. The parent push bar allowed us to push him around in the Trike even though he could not reach the pedals.
Stage two of this Trike allows the red waist bar to be removed to allow our little one more room to manoeuvre the Trike himself, while still being secure in the seat with the safety belt. My favourite feature with this Trike was the ease of control I had with the parent handle and that I was easily able to push it with one hand. This year we have already started using Stage two of this Trike and my little seems to like riding it even more than he did last year.
The child seat and petals are also adjustable which is great for a growing child, and also allows more use of the Trike since it grows and changes with the child’s needs. The detachable sun visor is also a cute and useful addition to help keep the sun out of your little one’s eyes.
Last summer I loved using the basket and cup holder features, especially when we would walk to the park. I was able to carry snacks, a drink, diapers and wipes without having to bring along a diaper bag. It was just enough room for all the necessities of a mini outing.
Stage three of this Trike allows for the parent bar to be removed, giving your child complete independence. With each stage of the Trike, each part can be removed easily, which is great for quick adjustments before an outing.
The main reason I absolutely love this Trike is that it can be used for more than one stage in my child’s life. It has many great features that adjust to his growing size and also allows me to save money as I do not need to buy a different Trike or bike each year. I thoroughly recommend Little Tikes® 3-in-1 Trike for any child. Not only will you love its money saving features but you will also love watching your little one learn to ride a Trike independently.
