Build today’s nap schedule
Based on typical wake windows for your baby’s age — a starting point to adjust as you get to know their rhythm.

Sleep Schedule Builder We Built a Sleep Scheduler So You Don’t Have to Do the Math at 2 AM
If you’ve ever Googled “how many naps should my 6-month-old take” while bouncing a fussy baby at midnight, you already know the problem: sleep advice online is everywhere, but it’s rarely built for your baby, on this specific day.
That’s why we built our Sleep Scheduler — a free tool that takes just two things you already know (your baby’s age and what time they woke up this morning) and turns them into a full, personalized nap and bedtime schedule for the day.

How it works
No sign-up, no 40-question quiz. Just:
- Enter your baby’s age. Sleep needs change fast in the first year — a newborn and a 9-month-old are on completely different rhythms — so age is the foundation everything else is built on.
- Enter this morning’s wake-up time. Babies’ days run on wake windows, not the clock. Once we know when the day started, we can work out when the next nap — and the one after that — should actually happen.
- Get your schedule. In seconds, you’ll see recommended nap times and an age-appropriate bedtime, tailored to your baby instead of a generic chart.
Why age + wake time (and not more)
We could have asked for ten data points. We didn’t, on purpose. The two things that actually move the needle on a baby’s sleep schedule are how old they are and when their day began — everything else is noise most parents don’t have the bandwidth to track at 6 AM. Fewer inputs means you can actually use it, even on the mornings when you’re running on fumes.
Who it’s for
- Parents who feel like they’re constantly guessing at nap timing
- Anyone whose baby’s schedule shifts after a growth spurt, time change, or regression
- Parents who want a quick gut-check against what they’re already doing
It won’t replace your pediatrician’s advice, and every baby has off days — but it takes the guesswork out of the daily schedule so you can spend less time doing math and more time doing everything else.

A few things worth deciding before this goes live:
- Want a name for the tool if “Sleep Scheduler” isn’t the final branding?
- Should I add an FAQ section (e.g., “what if my baby’s schedule doesn’t match the tool”) for SEO?
- Want this trimmed down for a shorter/social version too?
Also — want this as a Word doc, or is pasting straight into your CMS easier?
yes lets add a faq please
Here’s the updated post with an FAQ section added at the end:

FAQ
Is the Sleep Scheduler free to use?
Yes — it’s completely free, no sign-up or account required.
What if my baby didn’t wake up at a “normal” time?
That’s exactly what the tool is for. Whether your baby woke up at 5 AM or 9 AM, the schedule adjusts around that actual wake time rather than assuming a fixed start to the day.
Does it account for growth spurts, regressions, or travel/time changes?
The schedule is based on your baby’s current age and today’s wake time, so it naturally shifts as your baby grows. For temporary disruptions like travel or regressions, treat the result as a helpful starting point rather than a fixed rule — some flexibility is normal during those stretches.
What age range does this work for?
[Fill in based on the tool’s actual supported range — e.g., “newborn through 24 months.”]
Does it tell me when to start bedtime, or just naps?
It generates both — recommended nap windows throughout the day and an age-appropriate bedtime.
My baby’s schedule doesn’t match what the tool suggests. Is something wrong?
Not necessarily. The tool gives evidence-based general guidance, but babies vary, and some naturally need more or less sleep than average. Use it as a flexible guide rather than a strict rulebook, and check with your pediatrician if you have ongoing concerns.
Can I use this for more than one child?
Yes — just run it again with the second child’s age and wake time. There’s no limit to how many times you can use it.
