Fountains dance, streets come alive and the wonders of the world are celebrated at Las Vegas. It’s a town that has all kinds of attractions whether you’re into thrilling roller coasters or relaxing spas. You can experience medieval England and ancient Egypt on the same block, and there’s a never-ending stream of lights and fountains when you’re walking the strip. There’s no place like Vegas, and if you’re ready for a wild adventure, these are some of the places you have to visit.

Maverick Helicopters

If you’re not afraid of heights, the Maverick Helicopters tours at Las Vegas are certainly a great place to start your trip. You’ll get an incredible view of the city that’s entirely personalized to what you want to see. The pilots are fun, friendly and locals who love explaining some of the enigmatic history to Las Vegas. You get a voice-activated headset and photograph to enjoy your trip around Vegas. There’s great views provided for every seat. It’s also one of the best activities for families as it’s safe and pretty exhilarating for kids.

The Water Adventure at Mandalay Bay

Mandalay Bay resort is known for its water park. Whether you want to relax or kids want to check out the wave pool, it’s the best pool on the strip. Known as the “Beach” at Mandalay Bay, the pools include a wave pool, lazy river and water slides. There’s also outdoor entertainment, tiki bars and lots of places to sunbathe. There’s even real sand at this beach. This is a favorite summer destination for families heading to Las Vegas.

Dolphin Training at the Mirage

The Mirage hotel has a unique experience in partnership with Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. In this tucked away underwater paradise, you can become a dolphin trainer for a day and spend hours with a dolphin. The program gives you time to learn about dolphin health and behaviors while also teaching them tricks. This is a wonderful experience for adults and children alike.

Experience “CSI: Las Vegas”

If you’re a fan of the famous television show “CSI: Las Vegas,” then you have to take part in the CSI Experience at the MGM Grand. This is a really fun and mysterious activity that places you in a crime scene and asks you to solve the mystery. You’ll walk through the scene, use scientific tools, collect evidence and look for clues. The answer isn’t always so obvious. This is a fun activity for an afternoon especially if you’re a fan of Grissom.

Las Vegas is truly unique and is one of my favorite places to travel to. Every time I come it’s like I there for the first time as there is so much to see and do. With its huge number of hotels, finding the right hotel for you and your friends is simple. Sites like Gogobot make it even easier to read user reviews to you can see exactly what you’re getting yourself into.
